Thankyou for the detailed explanation.
Currently there isn't a spring to the front from the deck brake lever with brake pad, so that's an item on the list. Planning to run it from the same rod as which has the tab for the adjustment lever to the deck brake, with the idea the the spring act like a tendon on the ankle.
Hoping a deck height spring from a push mower covers that
Will play with the deck engagement lever by moving it to a different hole.
One thing, the deck brake is in the centre of the deck, can't seem to locate a hole for the spring to seat into, that's still to be worked on will find out when I pull it out.
Anyway I will keep everyone updated, hopefully I remember to take some happy snaps.
