Firstly I assume you are talking about using a 5 hp motor not a 50hp?
Secondly don't bother with the utube rubbish using car alternators, remember Mr Honda worked out many years ago that you require 13 hp to generate 10kva
I wish it was easier to generate power because the world would be a better place but we are stuck with the physics of it
