Yes, cone drive set up, heal/toe.
I got on to a big old cast iron one, but it is too wide between the pulleys. A local bearing place tell me they can easily match up pulleys to suit once I know the correct dimensions. I would not be surprised if it is the same pulley that was used on the Rover HD25.
I left a message on the vintage Cox ride on page on FB, but I notice their page has not been updated since 2019. I doubt anyone is home.
