Hi ChisJ,

The gist of it is the same.

With the wooden rollers ,I'd remove the rollers from the shaft and sand or file the rust off then put it back together ,you
could use one of the following to lubricate the rollers before assembly.

1 Light Machine Oil: This oil can provide adequate lubrication without attracting too much dirt and debris. Apply it sparingly to avoid over-saturation.

2 White Lithium Grease: This type of grease can be useful for areas that experience more wear and tear, providing a thicker barrier while still allowing for some movement.

3 Silicone Spray: A silicone-based lubricant can provide good protection against moisture and help reduce friction without being too thick.

4 Marine Grease: If you are working in a humid or wet environment, marine grease can be a good choice as it’s water-resistant and provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion.

With the height adjustment there is a height adjust thread with a control knob that turns to raise and lower the rollers.

Some mowers after the height is adjusted you lock the roller shaft in place so if you don't loosen some locking nuts
first the roller height won't move but without having the mower in front of me I'm not sure if you need to loosen some locking nuts first.

You may need to loosen the blue arrow nut on both sides before adjusting the height but you will need to first remove the rollers to
clean and lubricate them .
