I haven't seen many Victa 24 mowers with 4 strokes ,I have seen them when people use a ride on mower engine that has a heavy
cast iron flywheel.

Other ones I've seen have the old 5 hp Briggs and I assume they are using the factory heavy cast iron flywheel on them.
