Hi MVC, Knowing the standard of excellence of your restorations; particularly with attention to paint colour authenticity (viz-a-viz the handle colour of your 18 Special), I would take the base to an industrial paint supplier and get them to colour match it for you, if possible.
The main problem here is that Victa, right from the very start, was having 'corporate' colour schemes designed for them often in 'hammertone' finishes, eg. Avocado Green, and the formulas have been lost over time or extremely hard to come by, as they were never meant for public use.In fact Galmet is the only manufacturer of hammertone finishes that I am aware of and don't have many colours to choose from.
However, an industrial paint supply company may be able to match it and supply in a small quantity for you.
