Just thought I'd mention to check fuel hoses and filters before replacing a carby.
I had a quick look at the Stihl snipper and I put a fuel line into fuel instead of using the tank and filter and it ran fine so was just a blocked fuel filter and doesn't need a carby.
Most times I will leave fuel in a carby for a few days to see if the diaphragms will work again.
