High Temp Bearing grease ,it's better than nothing and probably will last a long time but it just
depends on how much you want to spend on grease as STIHL have a high-performance gear lubricant https://www.stihl.com.au/stihl-high-performance-gear-lubricant.aspx

Some say a lithium grease number 2 is recommended.

The gearbox when full of grease runs hotter than 40 percent full ,so you must leave an air gap in the gearbox.

A new gear head is around $20. so probably not worth spending a lot on grease.
