G'day, For a few days I've been trying to find out how to rewind the pullcord for my Powertorque Victa. I've taken off the assembly and can't see whether the rewind spring has broken or what's stopping me winding it back up. I can't see how to get into the spot where the spring must be. I've had to get the push mower out! Can anyone help?
