Yes I don't think the Must Sell guy would be selling much ,a lot of the junk like the tyres you would have to pay someone to take away ,the tip would charge him a $14 disposal fee for each tyre.
The Mower ad is another strange one.

I've seen better mowers etc at tip shops and the side of the road.
