A lot do that with the paint under that spring. If you want perfect match, get a razor blade and lift a small piece of paint, 8mm square, and take to Bunnings paint shop. They can put it under computer matching machine, and mix that colour up. But that paint looks like epoxy....
Sometimes I throw some close match or undercoat on them. Sometimes big flakes come off. Like they don't undercoat the bases.. quality workmanship???
Yes I'm keen to do the Pope. I am fixing carb, made a cable end nipple out of solder. Now I'm fully isolated, got more time but I'm not well.....
