Well, the first video said it all - they wanted to
modernise the design
- not necessarily improve it. There were too many constraints.
In other words - this is a PR video for non-substantive change.
It is also a sad reflection that Victa had no in-house R&D at that time.
Having said that, Victa were still making great mowers at this time.
