I'm not convinced... Maybe ...
This manual was written for sale by dealers to the public.
For me, this is a Victa Mower Engine Workshop Manual.
The first page makes it clear this was an engine manual.
Victa were never poor communicators - unless
it suited them for another purpose.
Perhaps an oversight by Victa?
