Yes initially, I thought it fixed the problem and assembled the unit and there it goes again. The most important part to fix the issue was unfortunately was not shown on the video but I did pulled it apart again and drilled a new hole on the pulley same diameter of the spring and bent the spring stud/pin less than 90 degrees opposite to the direction of the pulley rotation to have a good grip/hook on the pulley. There are still three remaining provisions for drilling when it damage the new hole again before replacing with a new pulley. But anyway thanks for watching and making comments on ODK.
