Funny how they were crying poor and cut black the hours and never doing deliveries on the weekend... Which is actually pretty strange. I mean we are not all home and able to be there as not all postage is safe drop. That being said it took a world disaster for aus post to get a kick up the you know what! And we'll..... Have they performed well?
No major company in my eyes with all the money and government support should be using high volume work loads as an excuse to not have an item derlieved within a reasonable time frame as expected. They have the biggest and greatest project management teams and all the resources they need to be equipped for whatever they have to take on board. And yet here I am waiting for mower parts from the other side of vic for 3 weeks..... Excuses? Nupp.
Major companies should neve use work loads as an excuse. Employ more people, create new strategies. Create a system that works...
