John,
Can you post a side view of the belt drive as it has been a long time since I have set one up but once I see what you have done I am sure I will be able to direct you in the correct direction.
To my knowledge they do not have a repair manual only an owners manual which I am still trying to locate but it could take some time to get.
If I can get my hands on one I will be uploading it to the parts list and manuals area.
