Hi Jared,
I did it on a KingKat with a Briggs on once and once on a Greenfield with a Honda on it. Not easy and requires a bit of effort and making bits up. Because the travel on the throttle body shaft from full closed to full open you have to get the cable travel to be slowed down otherwise it becomes too sensitive. You have to slow it down with a couple of levers, might get away with one lever You need to mount a lever up on the pull start cover/ side of the motor and make up a rod to go from the carby to the new lever up close to the fulcrum point of the new lever. The longer you can make this lever the better as it gives you better control of the butterfly.. Then from the bottom of the lever you can connect a push/pull choke sort of cable to it. Ain't easy but it can be done.
