FC stands for full crank - meaning the engine has a bearing at both ends of the crank shaft, half cranks have one so there is a cantilever effect. Having 2 bearings result in longevity, smoothness and less vibration.

Your silver streak is FC, the other is HC half crank (which we generally refer to as PT - PowerTorque
